I’m fairly certain that even if the 21st IS the end of the world, we’ll end up in some kind of post-apocalyptic scenario. As such, I’m going with practicality: Hefty boots, layers for warmth—and just a little bit of flair. Just because it’s the end of the world doesn’t mean we can’t still look fabulous, right?

My end of the world ensemble has to be stylish yet practical. Since I’m known to favor dresses and tights over pants, I’d want to stick with a cute (and cozy!) sweater dress. I’d spruce it up with a silky patterned scarf and heeled boots –hey, it is the apocalypse, so I might as well go down in style. One thing I wouldn’t run screaming from the house without is an oversized tote like this one from LeSportsac. I’d stow a coat, lipstick, cherished belongings, and makeshift weapons inside, just in case we’re attacked by zombies. You can never be too prepared!
